11.1.5. Rack of a forward suspension bracket

GENERAL INFORMATION

Prevention

Racks of a suspension bracket are recommended to be changed at the same time.

Removal and installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Release bolts of forward wheels.
2. Lift a car front.
3. Remove a wheel.
4. Disconnect all hoses and wires from the rack case.
5. Disconnect ABS system sockets (if are provided).
6. At removal of the left rack disconnect the socket of the sensor of wear of blocks.
	7. Turn off a bolt of fastening of the sensor of ABS system (if it is provided), remove a brake disk, previously having removed a support (see subsection 10.4) (bolts of fastening of a support of a brake are specified by shooters).
	8. Remove a brake board.
	9. Disconnect the stabilizer of cross stability from a stabilizer rack, having turned off a fastening nut (it is specified by an arrow).
	10. Disconnect a spherical support of the lever of a suspension bracket from a rotary fist (shooters specified samopodzhimny nuts of fastening of a spherical support and a tip of steering draft).
11. Disconnect steering draft.
12. Take away the lower part of the case of a rack from the suspension bracket lever.
	13. Turn off 3 nuts of the top fastening of a rack from a motor compartment. Previously establish a prop under a rack.
14. Remove a rack. A rack shock-absorber replacement procedure see in subsection 11.1.6.
15. Installation is carried out upside-down. Replace all samopodzhimny nuts on fingers of spherical support, tip of steering draft and on the top fastening of a rack of a suspension bracket. Delay all connections with the moments specified in subsection 11.1.2.
16. After assembly check and adjust the angles of installation of wheels in car service.
