6.14. Fuel tank

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Devastate a tank a trip or through a drain stopper. Turn off a tank mouth stopper to take off residual pressure. Disconnect the battery from weight.
	2. Turn out a drain stopper of a tank and merge the gasoline remains. If the stopper is not provided, then merge gasoline through a hose with a rubber pear.
3. Disconnect from a tank the conducting socket, hoses of fuel pipes and from a tank with an absorber. For this purpose it is required to shoot a back seat with parts of cars.
4. Remove a tank guard.
5. Disconnect a jellied mouth and a ventilating hose
6. Lift a back part of the car and establish on supports. Shoot the exhaust system and the driveshaft with parts of cars.
7. Install under a tank the cart with a jack and prop up a tank through a board.
	8. Turn off fastening bolts on corners (shooter).
	9. Disconnect bolts of fastening of a coupling tape of a tank and take aside.
10. Lower a tank so that it was possible to be convinced that everything is disconnected.
11. Remove a tank.
12. Installation is carried out upside-down.

Repair

Repair of a tank is carried out by skilled experts. Independently it is forbidden to repair a tank the soldering or welding.
