9.15. Driveshaft CV JOINT


On a part of cars the CV JOINT which fastens bolts to a transmission shaft flange is provided in a forward part of the driveshaft.


1. Remove the driveshaft, remove a hinge cover collar, get a lock ring and get the CV JOINT a stripper.
2. Beat out bolts. Put in the hinge 80 g of lubricant so that lubricant came into a holder of rollers.
3. Replace laying and a cover of a cover.
4. Through openings in the hinge press bolts, clear and grease driveshaft vents with the fixing structure.
5. Dress a cover, install the hinge, having killed through a wooden pro-rate. Replace a lock ring and a collar. Install the driveshaft.
